BayMCA

In November 2012, the Bayreuth Moot Court Association (BayMCA) was founded by a total of 13 Bayreuth professors, students, and research assistants.

The BayMCA’s statutory objective is to promote research and teaching in the fields of international commercial arbitration and European and international sales law.

This goal is achieved, among other things, through financial and moral support for Bayreuth’s moot court teams, which include the Vis Moot team.
